Delete Your Data

You can delete your ChatRos account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes your account, workspaces, conversations, messages, contacts and customer records, and all uploaded files — including images, voice recordings and documents.

Delete from the app

In the ChatRos mobile app:

1. Open the ChatRos app.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@chatros.com from the email address associated with your account, and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.

Data we may retain

Some records may be retained only where we are required to keep them for legal, tax or accounting purposes, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Any retained data is limited to what is strictly necessary and is deleted once no longer required.
